Nice desktop!

I'm still using Hardy because I better like the system stability from not constantly upgrading.

If you run Windows, you've probably been hacked several times and not even known it. Switch to LINUX and eliminate this!

True. I have Hardy in another computer and I wait some months before upgrade. But is always fun to test new operating system.
I had some problems with flash (64-bit version OS) and Finnish keyboard. And I fixed them. Only better thing in 9.10 is better support to 3G-phones and I think that this is faster also.

Yeah, you've got more than one computer. I don't. All I've got is an Intel Pentium-D based system that was bought new, locally-built TOTL in December 2006 with 2 gigs of RAM and a 250GB hard disk. Put Ubuntu on it I think close to it being a year old, and because of that of course it's still just as fast as the day it was first booted up using that 'other' operating system. Despite only a couple minor issues with it, I got my brother to convert his new laptop he bought his freshman year in college to Ubuntu as well.

I don't think we've tried ndiswrapper yet since we haven't ever gotten wireless internet working in Ubuntu on his laptop, and he's not going to be home long enough to give the ndiswrapper a fix until he's in for Christmas. We will try it then, though he's said he could care less about wireless internet working on it.

Forgot to say. My Pentium-D system is running a 3.4 GHz.
